When you place an order with us, you’re offering to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please see our detailed shipping information:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Zoomie Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us! Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Dog Food & Treats (opened or unopened)
• Used or damaged pet furniture or beds

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
